Join experts, Dr. John Park, the Roy B. Davis professor of Agricultural Cooperation at Texas A&M University, and a specialist for Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service and Dr. Diane Friend, Asst. Professor, Texas A&M University Kingsville, head of the Agribusiness Department, to learn to master the art of boardmanship!
Workshop participants will learn the power of influence and how to apply it to the boardroom. Dr. Park and Dr. Friend’s method of assessment, feedback, and leadership development uses the multidimensional influence model to frame workshop activities and discussions.
This training will be hosted via Zoom. Participants can join via the Zoom application on a personal computer or mobile device or by telephone. The trainings will not be recorded. Registrants will receive Zoom connection details for the session via email the day prior to the event. Registrations cancelled at least 24 hours prior the event will receive a refund of the registration fee minus a $10 processing fee.
