”Cooperative Governance”

Specifically designed curriculum has been designed through collaborative experts, tasked to create a program to meet the unique needs of board members and management staff of cooperatives. Delve into the importance of the critical partnership between board and management to successfully lead your cooperative. Clearly understand the complexities of the co-op director’s role in establishing and casting the vision; while balancing the vested interests of the member –owner role.

No other governance structure faces the distinct and often competing priorities faced by co-op leads. Please make time to join us and other colleagues who face the same challenges.

Basic directions: Exit US 127 at the Jolly Road exit (1st exit north of I-96 intersection). At the end of the exit ramp turn left (east) on Dunkel. Turn left (north) on Collins Road. In approximately one mile, turn left (west) on Forest Road. The Henry Center for Executive Development and Candlewood Suites is located on the immediate right.
