Strategic Thinking & Planning
  • Strategy Formulation
  • Strategy Evaluation
  • Importance of Mission, Vision, Values
  • The Process of Execution
  • Core Director Duties
  • Ten Principles of Policy Governance
  • Board/CEO Teamwork
All cooperative directors need to review their role as a director, periodically. The director’s role is to strategically direct and protect the co-op through policy based governance.

Dr. Barton’s session focuses on the strategy for-mulation portion for each board member. It is always a challenge for directors to take off their “customer hat” and put on their “director hat”.

This program will help clarify that role. You will enjoy Dr. Barton’s experience and direct ap-proach. Please register them today!
